This policy explains how OwnKeep handles personal information collected through this website (ownkeep.com.au). It is written to align with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

This policy covers the OwnKeep marketing website. It is separate from how the OwnKeep product processes data when deployed in a customer environment - by design, the product runs on the customer's own hardware and we do not receive their prompts or the personal data within them.

What we collect

Enquiry details. When you use the pilot enquiry form, we collect the name, work email, firm name, team size and message you provide.
Email correspondence. If you email us, we receive the contents of that email.

This website does not use advertising or analytics tracking cookies, and we do not sell personal information.

How we use it

To respond to your enquiry and arrange a pilot or conversation.
To keep a record of our correspondence with you.

We use your details only for the purpose you provided them, unless you agree otherwise or we are required by law.

How it is handled

Enquiry submissions are delivered to our business inbox through our hosting provider, Cloudflare, and are received at a mailbox we control. We keep enquiry records only as long as needed to respond and maintain a reasonable business record, and we take reasonable steps to protect them.

Disclosure

We do not disclose your personal information to third parties except service providers who help us operate the website and our email (such as our hosting and email provider), or where required by law.

Your rights

You may ask us to access or correct the personal information we hold about you, or to delete your enquiry details. Contact us at hello@ownkeep.com.au and we will respond within a reasonable time.

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always the one published on this page.
